We provide services starting at age 18 and older.​

We accept a variety of insurance plans. Please contact our office for further details.

3. Are all services covered under insurance?

Consultation appointments and subsequent follow-up visits are billed through insurance. However, the prescribed hormonal medication and its insertion are offered on a self-pay basis and cannot be billed through insurance. We are committed to providing clarity on payment options, and our team is available to address any questions you may have.

4. What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records.
